DESCRIPTION:BVOCAL and the Good Trouble Brass Band are planning a pop-up spectacle to mark the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Boston will be teeming with tourists visiting historic sites\, and our goal is to reach a broad audience with our message: No one is above the law and the rights enshrined in our country’s founding documents are at risk.
