On Sunday, March 1, 2026, BVOCAL joined with Boston Area Singing Circles for our first ever Community Sing event. It was a part of the nation-wide weekend of movement-building called for by Minneapolis Singing Resistance. This video features lyrics adapted from a popular motto within the labor movement. Spanish: “Un daño contra uno / es un daño contra todos” [An injury to one is an injury to all]. English: “An injury / is an injury to all.” Thanks so much to our partners at SEIU32BJ for providing us a space that could accomodate over 300 people! When we sing together, we grow stronger together. #singingresistanceAs part of the Singing Resistance national day of action, 300 people joined BVOCAL and Boston Area Singing Circles to sing, build community, and get ready to raise our voices for justice.
